Application process

1. Complete the Online Application Form

To apply for one of our courses, start by completing the online application form. Animal Academy accepts applications from students who meet the entry requirements outlined in the course information. Here’s what you need to know:

• Ensure You’re Ready: If you have questions about the course or haven’t finalised your decision, contact us first at 1300 290 609. We’re here to help!

• Prepare Your Documents: If your chosen course has entry requirements, gather the necessary evidence, including:

  • Verified copies of qualifications

  • Identification such as your passport number

  • Evidence of English language proficiency (e.g., IELTS or TOEFL results from the past two years)

• Credit Transfers: If you’re applying for credit, indicate this in your application and provide certified copies of your transcripts. This can reduce your course fees.

Once your form is complete and all documents are uploaded, submit your application online for assessment.

2. Speak with an Educator
After submitting your application, you’ll be contacted for a phone interview with one of our educators. This step is essential to:

• Discuss your goals and ensure the course aligns with your aspirations

• Confirm your eligibility and address any final questions

Please include a valid contact phone number in your application to facilitate this discussion.

3. Receive Your Letter of Offer and Make Payment
Upon successful assessment of your application, we will send you a Letter of Offer and Agreement via email. To secure your place:

• Review and electronically sign the acceptance offer

• Make the enrolment fee payment as outlined in the letter

Important: Use your full name or invoice number as a reference for all transfers. Be sure to review our terms and conditions (T&Cs) and refund policy before confirming your enrolment. These documents will be included with your Letter of Offer.

If your chosen course is full, you’ll be offered a place in the next available intake.

4. Get Ready to Start!
Once your enrolment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with details about the next steps, including:

• Orientation information: Meet our team and prepare for your studies

• Course commencement date: The exciting first day of your learning journey
